An e-mail from "email@example.com" with the subject line "BostonGlobe.com Password Request" will be sent to the address you supplied during registration. Click the link in the e-mail to enter a new password for your BostonGlobe.com access. Re-enter your chosen password on the second box and then click the "Reset" button.
You will now be presented with a confirmation page saying "Your password was successfully reset." You can continue to BostonGlobe.com by clicking on the link seen on that page.
